I don’t like to discuss controversial topics because I don’t think I articulate my feelings about why I believe something is right or wrong.  Most of the time, it seems like common sense to me.  For example, I don’t understand bigotry- seriously.  I don’t get it.  I’m not stupid, I know the definition of bigotry, but I don’t understand the thought process of bigots – it’s very unnatural to me.  Is it discrimination if I think all bigots are fucking morons?

Yesterday, Proposition 8 was overturned here in California.  As you would expect, there are some of those morons, mentioned above, that have their panties in a bunch over it, and once again, I just don’t get it.  Don’t talk to me about family values or the sanctity of marriage.  Straight people have made a mockery of marriage for years.  Don’t bother trying to convince me that gay marriage is wrong.  You are wasting your time because I don’t see anything wrong with it.  See what I mean?  I can’t say why I support gay marriage…I just do.  It makes sense to me.  Equality is good.
